DJ Dave Live... A climax to the soul

Most of these radio station image examples are part of a larger scale project in Second Life. Social entertainment in there is becoming a little dry right now, while demand continues to sear. The reasons for this are many, and they've inspired me to mention them in my station ID's -all in good fun of course :-) You can listen -->   On  Winamp. Windows Media Player, or Real Player.

This is also part of an experiment. I’m running a test right now to see if the “tune out rate” is as high when you make the station ID’s a little more interesting. Most people turn off their player during a commercial /station ID. No hard data yet, but so far the “tune out” rate has dropped from 45%, to 10%. This is a test broadcast –not a public station, so testing it with high volume listeners has not been tried yet
