DJ Dave Live... A climax to the soul

Originally designed for Frank's Jazz, the DJ Dave slow and romantic show is exactly what is promised. Several hours of the worlds hottest slow jams, from the 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, to present. The show is highly interactive, in that it engages the audience on a host of various levels, however largely targeted at a female following.

Most of the on-air personality is focused on stimulating social interaction amongst guests, with the obvious objective...  Getting as many people coupled up /dancing as possible. On-air commentary is centered on constructs of a romantic nature in a sexy, yet comical sort of way. For example… Centering out specific guests that appear shy, or uncertain of how to approach a prospective dance partner. DJ Dave will assist them with this live on the air :)

Sometimes, a nightly topic is chosen that is centered on interpersonal relationships, and or questions, issues, or problems submitted to DJ Dave from the audience, generally evolving around interpersonal relationships. DJ Dave may provide some advice, but more importantly, asks the audience for their opinion on the question. Here are some examples of submissions DJ Dave has received from guests, or topics he's initiated himself. A few snippets from past shows:

• Anonymous guest asks:  Do you believe men or women are more romantic? Who is more sentimental?

• DJ Dave initiated on-air topic:  Is it possible to have a best friend of the opposite sex?

• Anonymous guest asks:  What does it mean when I have trouble getting a date with an "attractive" woman?

• Anonymous guest asks:  What does it mean when my boyfriend is always staring at my breasts?

In general, one topic is chosen per night. This has proven the keep the venue lively, amusing, and highly engaged. Open chat is far more active and the conversation /audience interaction begins to flow.

One thing people love to do in Second Life is meet others and you need to make that easy for them. Simply micromanaging a room, and or limiting your on-air personality to this request goes out to that person… And this request from whoever… Is the fastest way to plunge a room into a deep and monotonous slumber. DJ Dave Live is about pure entertainment -not a glorified MP3 Juke Box playing to one guest at time. Please don't ask me to do that….
